About SR Professional Tiling Services
S R Professional Tiling Services is a wall and floor tile fitting company run by Simon Robertson, who has been in the trade for over 17 years. He leads a small team of tilers whom he has trained himself, and the business works across Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties for domestic and commercial clients. Much of its work comes from repeat clients.
The firm tiles with ceramic, porcelain, marble, slate, natural stone, terracotta and mosaics, from small tiles to large format. Its work includes bathroom and shower room tiling, kitchen splashbacks and ground floors, with stacked, broken bond and herringbone layouts as well as traditional Victorian and geometric floors. It can also supply the materials, including adhesives and grouts.
Preparation is part of the service. For tiled shower tray floors it recommends epoxy grout, and for bathroom floors it overboards floating floors and floorboards with cement board. For screeded floors it uses a decoupling mat.
Other services include waterproofing wet rooms and shower areas (tanking), fitting electric underfloor heating mats, and removing existing tiles from walls and floors and making good any damage. Free quotes are offered.
