Enquiries with the customer's job card come by email free on your claimed listing. Premium adds an enquiry inbox, your price list, 24 photos with before and after pairs, your lead time and a reply note, and includes a yearly verification check. The Owner verified badge appears once a person has done the check, on the phone number or email your business publishes, not when you pay. Paying never changes where your listing appears. VAT at the standard UK rate (20%) is added to every payment, so Premium costs £14.40 a month including VAT. Your Stripe receipt shows the VAT. Premium renews automatically every month until you cancel; cancel any time under Manage billing, effective at the end of the month paid for. Premium covers this listing only.
