About Richmond Ceramics Ltd
Richmond Ceramics is a family-run tiling business founded in 2004 in Kettering. It began with small residential and renovation projects, expanded into commercial contracts in 2009, and in the 2010s moved into multi-plot housing and developer partnerships. It now serves clients nationwide.
It tiles residential developments, retail units, cinemas and leisure, offices and washrooms, education and public sector buildings, healthcare and care homes, and private homes. Residential work includes kitchens, bathrooms, en-suites and wet rooms. Named projects include 368 flats at West Bar in Sheffield, heritage-sensitive tiling at Peterhouse College in Cambridge, the Zeta Building in Cambridge, Lidl in Brentford and Symmetry Park.
Its teams are NVQ Level 2 tilers and CSCS card holders, and it lists CDM 2015 procedures, CQMS and SMAS Worksafe among its compliance. It works with site managers and quantity surveyors, supervises installations on site, and can install client-supplied tiles or procure tiles to a specification.
