Nel's Floor Care

About Nel's Floor Care

Nel's Floor Care is a family-run floor cleaning and restoration business based in Broadstairs. It cleans, polishes and restores natural stone and tile floors, working with limestone, marble, travertine, granite, terrazzo, Amtico, Karndean and ceramic and porcelain tiles. The business also handles Victorian and Edwardian floors, and repairs marble cracks and chips along with worktops and vanity sinks.

Services listed are cleaning, polishing, restoration and sealing for each stone type. Limestone restoration uses specialised grinders to remove scratches caused by foot traffic. Marble repair includes fixing cracks and chips. Victorian floor restoration addresses imperfections and damages to reveal original designs. Travertine cleaning tackles dirt and grime that accumulate in the stone's natural holes. Granite is cleaned using a three-step method with diamond abrasive pads and moisture. Terrazzo restoration uses the same three-step approach with diamond abrasive pads for grinding, honing and polishing.

Nel's Floor Care covers Thanet and Kent, including Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Birchington, Whitstable, Sandwich, Canterbury, Ashford and Sevenoaks. The business serves both domestic and commercial clients. The company was started in 2019 and is named after the owner's daughter Nelly. Free quotes and on-site appointments are available. The business supplies maintenance cleaners for limestone floors and offers sealers to enhance durability and colour for Victorian floors.
