Durham County Tiling

About Durham County Tiling

Durham County Tiling is a family-run tiling business based in County Durham. It tiles bathrooms, kitchens, walls, floors and outdoor spaces with ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. The business also removes existing tiles, carpets and wood floors to prepare surfaces for new installations. Services listed include grouting in wet rooms and bathrooms, fireplace surrounds, feature walls, kitchen splashbacks and shower walls. Large format and small format tiles are fitted, and complete floor projects are planned and measured to create a cohesive look throughout a home.

The business covers the North East and works on both domestic and commercial projects. Matt Christopher, the owner, established Durham County Tiling after spending time on contract work and seeing the difficulties this presented to customers. The business was created to build trust and offer transparency about who customers are working with. Every job receives the same level of precision, from a full hotel lobby to a small downstairs toilet. Outdoor porcelain tiles create an indoor-outdoor transition from dining spaces to patios. Free estimates are offered, and a call-out visit can be arranged to view the project and provide an estimate cost and timescale to complete.
