About Cerface Ltd

Cerface Ltd is a family-run tiling business based in Gillingham, established in 1968. It supplies and fits ceramic, porcelain, slate, granite, terracotta and mosaic tiles for domestic kitchens, bathrooms, conservatories, swimming pools, leisure centres, car showrooms and pedestrian subways. The business also carries out terrazzo tiling, sand and cement screeding, rendering, and mechanical dust-free surface preparation for building refurbishment projects.

The contracting department handles supply and fix contracts of all sizes. Cerface operates a retail showroom in the Medway area open to the public and trade customers, where tiles, adhesives, grouts, trims and tools are stocked. Installation work includes waterproof tanking systems and shower kits for wet areas, and undertile heating systems can be fitted beneath ceramic floors. Preparation works remove latex smoothing compounds and expose concrete aggregates mechanically and dust-free. The business works with adhesive and grout manufacturers including Ardex UK, Norcros, BAL and Mapei to ensure correct product specifications. Tiling projects have included cut tile murals, intricate floor designs and glass mosaic details.

Cerface covers the South East of England from its base in Medway. The business is a member of The Tile Association, holds CHAS accreditation and is Constructionline registered. It is a member of the Medway Fair Trader scheme. Customers can view and select tiles at the showroom and receive advice on installation, aftercare products and cleaning and maintenance.
