About Callum Barker Wall & Floor Tiling
Callum Barker Wall & Floor Tiling is a tiling business run by Callum Barker, who is based in Ilkeston and works across Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands for homeowners.
Callum started out in the trade while working in a DIY store, which led to an apprenticeship, an NVQ Level 2 qualification and years of experience across a variety of projects. He keeps up his training and is recognised as an Ultratiler by a manufacturer in the tiling industry.
The services listed are tiling for kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces in ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, including splashbacks and large-format floor tiles, and bathroom and shower tiling with waterproofing where required. He also tiles marble, limestone and quartz, and carries out surface preparation, including self-levelling and surface checks. The website describes careful preparation, tidy working and clear advice, and quotes are free. Callum holds a CSCS card, works with homeowners within around an hour of his base, and describes taking time to prepare surfaces properly and deal with uneven subfloors.
